At The Apparel Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality custom design and production services. Because our work involves custom specifications, our refund and revision procedures are clearly defined below based on the type of service purchased.
Revisions
We provide standard revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction with the layout, sizing, and technical setup:
- Embroidery Digitizing & Vectorizing Services: We offer free minor revisions (such as minor adjustments to stitch density, slight resizing, or color adjustments) within 14 days of file delivery. Completely changing the original artwork layout or submitting a new logo constitutes a new order rather than a revision.
- Custom Patches: Revisions can be requested freely during the digital proofing stage. Once the physical or digital sample proof is formally approved by the client, no further modifications can be made as physical production begins immediately.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of commercial design and production, refunds are handled strictly under the following criteria:
- Digital Services (Digitizing & Vectorizing): Since digital items cannot be physically returned, refunds are only issued if the delivered digital file contains a technical defect that our team is unable to correct after reasonable revision attempts. No refunds will be issued once a file has been downloaded and used for production.
- Physical Production (Custom Patches): Once a physical custom patch order enters mass production after your sample approval, no refunds can be issued. If a shipped order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear manufacturing defect that deviates from your approved proof, we will reproduce and reship the affected items at no additional cost to you.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
For custom patch shipments, we utilize dependable international couriers to provide reliable transit times and tracking information. The Apparel Solutions cannot issue refunds for transit delays resulting from customs clearance delays, courier backlogs, or unexpected local import procedures at the destination country.
