Digital Services (Digitizing & Vectorizing)
- Delivery Method: All completed embroidery digitizing files and vector artwork assets are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical media (like USBs or CDs) for these services.
- Delivery Channel: Final files are sent directly to the client via email or via a secure download link.
- Turnaround Time: Standard delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order placement (typically 12 to 24 hours depending on design complexity). Turnaround time begins only after full payment and all necessary artwork assets are received.
Physical Products (Custom Patches)
- Production Time: Physical manufacturing of custom patches begins only after the client provides formal approval on the digital or physical sample proof. Production typically takes 7 to 14 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Carriers: Once production is complete, physical orders are dispatched via reliable international couriers (such as DHL or FedEx). Tracking numbers are provided via email immediately upon shipment.
- Estimated Transit Times: International shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.
Shipping Limitations & Customs
- Delays: While we guarantee timely dispatch, The Apparel Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier backlogs, unexpected weather events, or customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
- Import Duties & Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes. The client is solely responsible for paying any such fees required to release the package from customs.
